standard business processes, combined with our advantage and experience
to form a unique and effective business processes to ensure that we
better serve our customers.
Customer entrust
- Customs send us the informations: recruitment needs, job
requirements, background materials, etc.
Needs analysis
- We'll work together with clients HR department to analyze the
employment needs, to understand the relationship between the
organization and job candidates skills, work experience, management
ability, age and other requirements. If necessary, we will work with
business deparment and the hiring manager to determine the deeper
requirements.
Entrust contract
- Based on the analysis of Job, if capable, we will signe a
"commission recruitment agreement" with the customer.
Formulate solution
- According to previous analysis of the positions, combined with our
understanding of the industry, arrange for consultants to formulate a
detailed job search solution.
Talent search
- The consultants who is responsible for the jobs will communicate
with potential candidates by telephone. And get to know the latest
information of the current candidates, including work status, current
position, salary, the position of interest, the possibility of leaving,
and report the latest progress report to the customer.
Testing and evaluation
- The consultant will assess the candidates meeting the requirements,
including their professional skills, leadership, personality, career
orientation, and screen out closer to the customer's talents.
Recommended interview
- Usually, we would recommend three to four most suitable candidate
for each position, attached a comprehensive assessment report of the
candidates, and negotiate the interview time of the candidates with
customer.
Offer bargain
- There are a lot of problems between offer negotiation, we will
promote communication between clients and candidates, and help resolve
their differences.
Background investigate
- If the custom is ready to hire the candidate, we'll check the
candidate's backgroud by customer requirements.
Service track
- We'll provide the advisory and assistance, and help resolve the
departure procedures with the original company and enable them to work
on time to customers.
