工作职责：
  1. Customer contacts and cares; understanding of customer’s requirement;
  2. Building up the strong relationship with customer and won the trust;
  3. Work as the lead on of Customer focus team or local Account team;
  4. Working within matrix team with local BU and with global CRM team;
  5. Leading customer satisfaction survey process;
  6. responsible for leading the RFQ and make the professional quotation;
  7. Supporting customers transferring their manufacture to the company Beijing;
  8. Maintaining customer satisfaction and exploring the new sales for existing customer;
  9. Maintaining the rolling sales forecast based on customer’s forecast based on deep customer understanding;
  10. Responsible for the P & L from quotation aspect and customer focus team performance.
任职要求：
  1. 5 years working experience in Account Management or Sales management role;
  2. CRM methods and tools;
  3. International working experience and strong contacts with Industrial and at least 3 years in EMS business or EMS related business;
  4. Strong experience with sales, territory management, and lead generation;
  5. Bachelor or higher education background, majoring in engineering, economics or related area;
  6. Excellent English Oral and writing skill;
  7. Intensive commercial / business sense ; prefer some financial knowledge background;
