工作职责：
  1. Design, develop, test and maintain software to support the native Java Platform Core and UI SW.
  2. Be able to organise and hold design reviews of their own work.
  3. Investigate and fix errors in the current code base.
  4. Attend and participate in daily scrum meetings.
  5. Report progress accurately and provide estimation of task time scales as necessary to support backlog management.
  6. Communication and cooperation with team members to identify impediments and implement development improvement activities.
任职要求：
  1. Degree level educated in Engineering, Science or Mathematics
  2. Good knowledge of object oriented analysis and design concepts and methods.
  3. Experience of programming in Java to create Test Midlets
  4. Java Coding expertise and experience
  5. Working with Java virtual machines, and in particular the K-Java VM.
  6. 'C' programming experience
  7. Experience in working with embedded software
  8. Experience of Configuration Management within a software project.
  9. Evidence of having seen projects through the complete software lifecycle.
  10. Able to work in a mixed discipline team and is a proven team player.
  11. Good written skills.
  12. Good verbal skills, in order to interact effectively within global organisation.
  13. Self-motivated and able to manage own tasks.
  14. Proven problem solving skills.
