工作职责：
  1. Pre-study, concept and analyze user stories together with other relevant personnel.
  2. Support higher level architect to keep needed software architecture documentation up-to-date;
  3. Concept, prototype user stories as output for experience projects;
  4. Support higher level architect in pre-study, analysis, and design areas;
  5. Coding based on team objectives. Produce high quality software developed in a collaborated environment.
  6. Conducting unit test for own area or other areas
任职要求：
  1. About 4+ years experience in embedded software development in telecommunications/data communication domain. Prior experience as technical lead and/or architect is appreciated;
  2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering;
  3. Skills and experiences in C/C++ programming language. Skills and experiences in other development platforms including Java ME, Flash, Web Runtime, Qt, and POSIX are a plus;
  4. Knowledge and experiences in software development processes, specifically agile methods. Experiences in Scrum are a plus;
  5. Experiences in analyzing, designing, implementing software according to user stories/requirements. Good understanding of embedded system, real-time OS, and system architecture;
  6. Experiences in low-level software testing;
  7. Fluent in both written and spoken English;
  8. Ability and skills in communications and collaborations within and/or across teams;
  9. Ability and skills to network with and influence others successfully within and/or across teams;
  10. Ability and skills to handle high level of complexities and contribute to the roadmapping/planning of the team;
  11. Highly energized and motivated to contribute to team targets and innovate. High commitment to customer and project focus. Minimum supervision required;
  12. Strong sense of user experience and quality
