工作职责:
  1. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  2. Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  3. Works closely with the local sales team & product team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  4. Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  5. Authorize upward adjustments in bandwidth allocation for clients as requested.
  6. Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  7. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  8. Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  9. Reports to the Account Senior Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
任职要求:
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer or other IT related field of study
  2. Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  3. Minimum 5 years of Account/project management experience, candidates with technical sales experience are preferred
  4. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  5. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  7. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  8. Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  9. Fluent in listening and spoken English as well
