工作职责：
  1. Overall Project Management for Digital Home product, having 'ownership' of the assigned product/project.
  2. Development representative in Offering Definition Team
  3. Establish product specifications based on marketing requirements with having balance with cost, schedule and quality and then lay out base development plan.
  4. RFI/RFQ control point in development. Technical & development related document preparation, review. Conduct ODM quotation review/evaluation.
  5. Working with ODM supplier to lay out detail development plan under allocated development expense.
  6. Executing the plan by managing Lenovo internal and ODM resources to meet commitments. Periodical and timely reporting on project status to ODT and stakeholders including executives.
  7. Plan Change Request (PCR) assessment lead"
任职要求：
  1. Hold Bachelor degree or higher in information technologies or engineering.
  2. Basic knowledge of the PMI process and methodologies. PMI PMP certification preferred.
  3. 3 years or more project management experience, Consumer Electronics development PM experience preferred.
  4. English communication skill (writing/reading and oral).
  5. Communication/Teaming skill. Work with (global) team members based on project management principles.
  6. Problem solving: Capable of using approproate PM tools and methodologies to deal with project problems.
