工作职责：
  1. Collaborative work with engineering teams at various campuses, such as US, India and Japan;
  2. Take the reponsibily to evaluate the globalization bugs, and fix the bugs as soon as possible;
  3. Hear the voice from customers to globalization support in your product. Translate the requirement into the produce features, and design and implement these features;
  4. Participate in or drive the internal tools improvement to help more effective and efficient globalization engineering process;
  5. Continually research new globalization technologies and incorporate that new knowledge into your products;
  6. Provide the consultant services to core development team on globalization by providing the feedback to software design, working on the implementation directly, educating the core development team about the best practices on software globalization support;
任职要求：
  1. Strong software coding, debugging and design skill with object-oriented programming languages like C++/Java/ActionScript
  2. Familiar with design pattens
  3. Rich knowledge and experience on globalization, including Unicode, GB18030,
  4. Experience on complex text layout is desired
  5. Knowledge on nature language process technologies, including machine translation, statistic-based language model, handwriting recognition, voice recognition, text-to-speech
  6. Familiar with software engineering process, bug fixing process
  7. Open source software and community experience is desired
  8. Good documentation writing skill. Be able to write the logistic project plan, engineering plan
  9. Able to grasp the scope of decisions and their impact on internationalization and localization
  10. Expert at setting realistic time goals for deliverables
  11. Experience with multiple popular operating systems is desired (Windows, MacOS, Linux, UNIX)

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Organized and detail-oriented personality
  3. Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction
  4. Flexibility to move between tasks
  5. Proactive and positive attitude
  6. Should be strong communicator and able to articulate ideas clearly
  7. Knowledge in other foreign languages beside English is a plus, e.g. Japanese, Korean, French, German, etc.
