工作职责：
  1. Design, implement, enhance automation system by developing new tools, systems and SW
  2. Work with developer team to develop test plan and review other's test plan; to create, update and review test cases by validating both new and existing functionalities.
  3. Design, automate and review tests to ensure complete test coverage for all areas of the product with a meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Analyze bug, results and write detailed team reports that accurately isolate the problem.
  5. Drive key quality metrics including product performance, scalability, operability, etc.
任职要求：
  1. Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
  2. 4 or more years of proven experience working on developing or testing commercial software or working on mature automation system
  3. Demonstrated proficiency in designing and developing automation systems or other complex systems
  4. Strong technical capabilities with solid coding skills in ActionScript or another OOP language such as Java or C#.
  5. Experience in test automation.
  6. Strong passion for and commitment to software quality
  7. A deep understanding of quality assurance processes and software development lifecycles
  8. Ability to analyze, isolate and document complex technical issues.
  9. Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction.
  10. Flexibility to move between tasks.
  11. Web design experience. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, SQL and server-side scripting languages.
  12. Ability to avoid distractions and deliver against deadlines.
  13. Able to act as an advocate for both internal and external customers to ensure we successfully deliver on the requirements and expectations.
  14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  15. Proactive and positive attitude
Ideal:
  1. Experience working with Mac or Linux
  2. Expertise in one or more of the following server technologies: JSP, Cold Fusion and .Net.
  3. Hands-on knowledge of debugging and scripting
  4. Expertise in using products: including Flash/AIR or Flex
  5. Fluent in computer graphics and related multimedia technologies including audio and video
