工作职责：
  1. Work with engineers on defining test plans and validating both new and existing functionality.
  2. Execute test cases for all areas of the product with a meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Analyze results and write detailed reports that accurately isolate the problem.
任职要求：
  1. Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field.
  2. 5 or more years of proven experience testing commercial software.
  3. Ability to analyze, isolate and document complex technical issues.
  4. Ability to achieve results with little supervision or direction.
  5. Flexibility to move between tasks.
  6. Web design experience. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, SQL and server-side scripting languages.
  7. Ability to avoid distractions and deliver against deadlines.
  8. Able to act as an advocate for both internal and external customers to ensure we successfully deliver on the requirements and expectations
  9. Must be a quick learner and able to transform a simple example into a comprehensive test suite that fully exercises a defined set of functionality
  10. Organized and detail-oriented personality.
  11. Proactive and positive attitude.
  12. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proactive about working with others.
  13. Should be strong communicator and able to articulate ideas clearly.
Ideal:
  1. Experience working with Linux
  2. Experience with programming in ActionScript or another OOP language such as Java or C#.
  3. Experience testing programming languages, compilers, and associated runtime API's
  4. Experience working with server technologies such as JSP, Cold Fusion and .Net.
  5. Expertise in using Flash.
  6. Fluent in computer graphics and related multimedia technologies including audio and video
  7. Experience working with Ant.
