工作职责：
  1. Use internal bug tracking and test case management system;
  2. Execute black box and automation of localization testing in a small 3 persons team;
  3. Develop automation testing;
  4. Implement and update QE processes, test plans, test tools and test cases;
  5. Write QE related technical documentations;
  6. Support QE lead to ensure a delivery of customer expectable high-quality product on schedule;
  7. Contribute to team framework/tools;
  8. Collaborate with Engineering, QE teams at Japan, India and US;
任职要求：
  1. 5+ years experience in software testing or developing;
  2. Require BS degree or above in computer science, Information System or related fields;
  3. Strong Unix knowledge or Macintosh experience;
  4. Strong organizational skills, Good English verbal and written communication skills, Work effectively with a global QE team in Japan, India and US.
  5. Experience with a scripting language, preferably JavaScript.
  6. Knowledge of Internationalization and Localization Testing, Japanese testing experience is a plus;
  7. Good Japanese read and written communication skill;
  8. Demonstrated ability to timely deliver high quality product before deadlines of different milestones;
  9. Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
  10. Resilient under pressure, high energy levels, positive attitude, Independent decision making and problem solving skills;
Desired and Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
  1. Experience developing automated testing; white box or black box testing framework.
  2. Experience & Knowledge of other desktop products.
  3. Experience & Knowledge with C++ or Java, Java is preferred.
  4. Japanese level: 3 or above
