工作职责：
  1. Design and develop Player for Embedding (APE).
  2. Bug fixing of the component that you're working on (APE, XML).
  3. Following best software development process of engineering team.
  4. Ensure the feature requirements are well understood with no ambiguity.
  5. Provide initial design effort estimation to team lead or functional manager.
  6. Complete design, implementation, design testing.
  7. Coach and mentor junior team members.
任职要求：
  1. BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent is required.
  2. 5+ years C/C++ development experiences is required.
  3. Knowledge and experience of Windows or Mac OS application development is required.
  4. Knowledge and experience Linux or any Unix application development is desirable.
  5. Knowledge and experience in Object‐Oriented design and analysis is required.
  6. Knowledge and experience in software development process is required.
  7. Working knowledge of ActionScript programming is desirable.
  8. Working knowledge of XML development is desirable.
  9. Logic thinking and structured approach during problem solving.
  10. Creative thinking and Innovation.
  11. Good English reading and writing skills. Fluent oral English.
  12. Be highly responsible, proactive, adaptable and good team player.
  13. Self-motivator and fast learner.
  14. Knowledge in Agile development process is a plus.
  15. Cross-sites collaboration experience in multinational companies is a plus.
