工作职责：
  1. Understand customer requirements, write specifications for software features to meet those requirements and estimate schedules with minimal to no supervision 
  2. Assess risks for predictable outcomes of deliverables.
  3. Develop code to implement requirements that is reliable, maintainable, performance optimized, secure and world-ready.
  4. Creating unit tests and test collateral to prove that new features work
  5. Work closely with and integrate components from other development teams.
  6. Assist the Customer Support team in resolving complex customer issues
  7. Hand-off features to the Quality Engineering team and provide necessary assistance
任职要求：
  1. 5+ years experience as a software developer with at least 3 years using Java/J2EE
  2. Experience on ANT/Javascript
  3. Strong experience on OOA/OOD, design pattern, UML and practice at software development process and methodology, like CMM, RUP, etc.
  4. Strong experience on App(JBoss/Weblogic/WAS)
  5. Strong experiences on Database(Oracle/DB2/Mysql)
  6. Experience on enterprise level product development is a strong plus
  7. Good organizational and negotiation skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  8. BS degree is required, advanced degree is desirable.
Highly desirable but non-essential experience includes:
  1. Demonstrate experience on building cubes and reports that take advantage of OLAP/Dimensional Modeling capabilities
  2. Experience with any business intelligence application like Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, or ProClarity
  3. Enterprise product development experience
  4. Flex development experience
  5. Agile/SCRUM or experience with Extreme Programming
