工作职责:
  1. Manage team of diverse Globalization Quality Engineer Leads, Quality Engineers and on-site Contractor Quality Engineers;
  2. Can define, staff, and monitor various small to large-size project;
  3. Sets a realistic testing schedule; Staffs against a plan;
  4. Able to modify or improve existing quality processes; Creates and measures realistic quality goals and processes ;
  5. Explores new opportunities for team improvement; Can delegate and balance tasks across the team through creative problem solving and flexibility;
  6. Able to independently appraise risks; Able to provide useful mitigation strategies;
  7. Timely and informative reporting of status; effectively and diplomatically communicates risk; makes practical and useful suggestions;

  19. Continually research globalization and world-readiness technologies and incorporate that new knowledge into current ongoing QA process;
  20. Oversees a group with subordinate managers or diverse functional/project areas, sets and manages to clear achievable goals and objectives.
  21. Assumes responsibilities beyond purview to improve project, group, or business unit, works with a variety of teams across group boundaries.
任职要求:
  1. Solid knowledge of black box, gray box and white box testing methodology;
  2. Advanced knowledge in testing automation;
  3. Advanced knowledge of more than one core operating system;
  4. Grasps complex or new technical information quickly;
  5. Experience with programming in one of the OO/P languages, such as Java or C++;
  6. Experience in using one of the products;
  7. Demonstrated knowledge and background in all aspects of the software development process, including engineering, quality assurance, documentation, internationalization, and localization
  8. Able to grasp the scope of decisions and their impact on internationalization and localization.
  9. Expert at setting realistic time goals for deliverables
