工作职责：
  1. Manage an engineering team with talented developers and quality engineering.
  2. Define the team's long term goal and strategic roadmap.
  3. Ensure the high quality of team's delivery in each release.
  4. Guide and facilitate the team to resolve critical technical issues.
  5. Be responsible for all aspects of people management of the team.
  6. Coach and mentor team members.
  7. Continuous improve the software development process.
  8. Regular status updating and reporting to upper level of management.
  9. Cross team communication. Being as contact person with external teams.
  10. Contribute to China R&D's process improvement and site buildup.
任职要求：
  1. BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of software design management and people management experiences.
  3. 5+ years Web Application development experiences using Flash/Flex,or JavaScript,or Java; and is familiar with related application framework.
  4. 3+ C/C++ Embedded Application Development experience is a plus.
  5. Knowledge and experience in software development process.
  6. Knowledge and experience in managing or leading QE team.
  7. Cross sites collaboration experience in multinational companies.
  8. Logic thinking and structured approach during problem solving.
  9. Creative thinking and Innovation.
  10. Excellent English reading and writing skills. Fluent oral English.
  11. Be highly responsible, proactive, adaptable and good team player.
  12. Self motivator and fast learner.
  13. Knowledge in Agile development process is a plus.
  14. Knowledge and experience in "Digital Publishing" industry is a plus.
