工作职责： we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Engineering manager to manage China ProEagle team. As a hands-on manager, this leader needs to have the skills and experience to work on the web hosted LiveCycle in the SaaS environment‐Amazon.com EC2 platform. Major responsibilities include making sure all Livecycle protocols works in the cloud environment. Address all the security and performance issues that may arise. Put in place a scalable solution to achieve enterprise level production usage. Lead the team members to design and develop monitoring and management tools for the solution, and balance delivering on innovation with quality, and time‐to‐market. This manager needs to have demonstrated thru prior experience of how s/he comes to master a particular domain, and in doing so, can lead a team of developers/QEs toward building enterprise software that solves business problems. This leader will need to work closely with other engineering units, and product management staff, primarily in North America. Excellent English verbal communications is expected.
任职要求：
  1. BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  2. 7‐10 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ yrs in manager role.
  3. Excellent coding skill in Java.
  4. Knowledge of SSL, TCP, SSH tunneling, and clustering a must.
  5. Knowledge of web hosted software development a must.
  6. Proven experience in a High Availability production environment.
  7. Flex development experience a plus.
  8. Experience with Ruby on Rails web application framework a plus.
  9. Highly proficient in Windows and Linux environments.
  10. Knowledge of JBoss application server.
  11. Knowledge of MSSQL server and/or MySQL DB server.
  12. Good communication and leading skill.
