Builds and integrates a program management organization into a cohesive team.

Instills a culture of respect, trust, and accountability in a
diverse program management organization.

Coordinates all aspects of the globalization and localization
program management.

Understands and assesses critical paths and dependencies for
delivering and shipping localized products and facilitates
discussions between project teams, product management and
engineering.

Performs risk management planning, identification, analysis,
responses, monitoring and control on a globalization or
localization project. Increases probability of positive events.

Performs globalization/localization project planning to
establish an overall project plan, including key milestones, and
drives progress to achieve project plan within time and budget
constraints.

Aggregates, organizes, and synthesizes program and project
information in order to communicate with extended team and
management.

Evaluates existing globalization/localization processes and
procedures. Makes recommendations and drives process improvement
and adoption of best practices (processes, tools, etc) to
improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Works with various international program managers to improve
program management.

Initiates new strategies and processes based on results from
"lessons learned" and corporate or
departmental directives.

Works effectively with multi-organizational teams composed of
individuals with expertise in a large number of disciplines.

Multi-interface to multi functional teams, internal and
external, and cross countries, with complicated dependencies,
uncertainties and risks.
