工作职责：
  1. Builds and integrates a program management organization into a cohesive team.
  2. Instills a culture of respect, trust, and accountability in a diverse program management organization.
  3. Coordinates all aspects of the globalization and localization program management.
  4. Understands and assesses critical paths and dependencies for delivering and shipping localized products and facilitates discussions between project teams, product management and engineering.
  5. Performs risk management planning, identification, analysis, responses, monitoring and control on a globalization or localization project. Increases probability of positive events.
  6. Performs globalization/localization project planning to establish an overall project plan, including key milestones, and drives progress to achieve project plan within time and budget constraints.
  7. Aggregates, organizes, and synthesizes program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and management.
  8. Evaluates existing globalization/localization processes and procedures. Makes recommendations and drives process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes, tools, etc) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Works with various international program managers to improve program management.
  10. Initiates new strategies and processes based on results from "lessons learned" and corporate or
    departmental directives.
  11. Works effectively with multi-organizational teams composed of individuals with expertise in a large number of disciplines.
  12. Multi-interface to multi functional teams, internal and external, and cross countries, with complicated dependencies, uncertainties and risks.
任职要求：
  1. Willing to take the role's responsibilities with solid concept and sense on how to address the challenges.
  2. 10+ years experience in software industry with at least 5-7 years people management experience in program manager group.
  3. Experience on localization projects is preferred.
  4. Overseas study/work experience preferred.
  5. Strong knowledge and practice at software development process.
  6. Strong organizational and negotiation skills, excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Requires BS degree, advanced degree preferred.
  8. Ability to foresee challenges and road blocks before allowing them to become major issues. Must be able to follow through on the details and still stay focused on the big picture while working on a number.
  9. An ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment is a must. Resilient under pressure, high energy levels and positive attitude are crucial. Independent decision making and problem solving skills is a must.
